    As a part of the University of Maryland’s iConsultancy, my team and I analyzed the existing process and systems used, conducted in-depth user research, then generated product concepts and high-level designs, mockups, and prototypes to streamline the data submission process for volunteers during weather monitoring for the county.

  • iSchool Service Desk Remote Work Enhancement

    The leaders of the University of Maryland’s iSchool’s Unified Services Project are interested in enhancing the capacity and functionality of the Service Desk to resolve the current issues experienced by their target user pool, especially in the context of remote work life. My team and I collected useful user data through various research methods and provided solution concepts.

    My first visual design project and task was to redesign the desktop and mobile versions of the Nike website.
